The rates of a dental practice are the same at all dental care practices in the Netherlands. They are determined annually by the Dutch Healthcare Authority on behalf of the government.

In our practice, we pay close attention to good oral care. That is why we have outsourced the sending and collecting of our bills to Infomedics. With a supplementary dental insurance, treatments are fully or partially reimbursed. If you have a dental insurance, Infomedics will handle the financial side directly with your health insurer - you will receive a settlement specification. If you do not have dental insurance, you can pay the dentist's bill directly with a debit card after the treatment. Your data is safe
Infomedics places great value on the protection of your privacy-sensitive data. The company is therefore ISO27001 certified, as are all service providers that Infomedics engages to create and send your bill. This certification is reviewed and renewed annually.
Your bill on paper or online?
If you want to handle your bill online, our practice needs your email address and your mobile phone number. Infomedics uses these data to securely grant you access to the online portal where your bill is ready. When you log in to your Infomedics portal, you enter the SMS code you receive from Infomedics. If you prefer to receive your bill on paper, you can set that up on your portal. More information can be found at www.infomedics.nl.
