Welcome to our practice. At your first appointment, we ask you to complete a medical questionnaire. We do this because we think it is important to be well aware of your general health, which can affect your teeth. This way we can also take any precautions.
Your first appointment will take approximately 20 minutes. During this first meeting we will check your mouth, teeth and gums. We will also make several overview photos for this purpose. We will then discuss the treatment plan and wishes with you and make a follow-up appointment if you remain a patient with us.
