The rates of a dental practice are the same for all oral care practices in the Netherlands. They are determined annually by the Dutch Healthcare Authority on behalf of the government. If you have any questions regarding the costs of a treatment, please call or email us.
In our practice we like to pay all attention to good oral care. That is why we have outsourced the sending and collection of our bills to Infomedics.
Treatments are fully or partially reimbursed with supplementary dental insurance. If you have dental insurance, Infomedics will deal with the financial side directly with your health insurer – you will receive a settlement specification. If you do not have dental insurance, you can pay the bill from the dentist with debit card immediately after the treatment. Your data is safe
Infomedics attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy-sensitive data. The company is therefore ISO27001 certified, just like all service providers that Infomedics engages to prepare and send your invoice. This certification is reviewed and renewed every year.
Your bill on paper or online?
If you want to settle your bill online, our practice needs your email address and your mobile phone number. This information is used by Infomedics to grant you secure access to the online portal where your account is available. When you log in to your Infomedics portal, enter the SMS code you receive from Infomedics. If you prefer to receive your bill on paper, you can set it up on your portal.
